QUALIFICATIONS

1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field. Fresh graduate is welcome.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, English must be proficient. Can Mandarin language is plus.

3. Experience in managing projects, with strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle pressure.

4. Principled and able to think objectively.

5. Proactive and open to feedback.

6. Quick learner with a desire to continuously improve skills.

7. Willing to be placed in Kawasan Industri Kendal (KIK), Central Java.
   

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conduct daily inspections in each department to identify areas for improvement.

2. Create and implement rules, ensuring everyone follows them.

3. Collaborate with the team to execute improvement projects across all factory areas.
