EHS STAFF

QUALIFICATIONS

1. At least Bachelor Degree in K3/Public Health/Environtmental.

2. Have at least 2 years experience in EHS.

3. Having AK3U and First Aid Certification by KEMNAKER RI.

4. Having a Firefighter D certification is preferred.

5. Have knowledge and understanding of EHS management system requirements.

6. Proficient in Ms.Office.

7. Ready to be placed in Kendal Industrial Area (KIK), Central Java.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop, implement, and maintain safety programs and policies to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.

2. Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards by monitoring and managing waste disposal, emissions, and other environmental impacts of manufacturing processes.

3. Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees on health, safety, and environmental practices.

4. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
